Why Camberville
Two city halls. One lived local map.
Cambridge and Somerville share transit, customers, culture, workdays, and weekends. This directory treats the municipal line as useful context, not a wall.
Live or unavailable.
The transit board never fills a failed MBTA feed with plausible arrival times. An unavailable state is more useful than invented certainty.
Pages, not a shell.
Every listing gets a permanent static URL, structured data, breadcrumbs, and a place in the sitemap and public JSON export.
Paid placement stays legible.
Sponsorship can fund the guide, but sponsored treatment must be visible and never changes whether an unsourced record is allowed to ship.
The method
A small public knowledge graph.
Listings connect to neighborhoods, cities, categories, transit stops, and source pages through stable identifiers. The same records generate human pages, JSON-LD, API responses, sitemap entries, and the llms.txt route index.
