Working boundary
Research here. Decide with current evidence.
Inclusion is not an endorsement. A rating is a dated external snapshot. A submitted request is not a booked job. Source and provider details can change after retrieval.
01
Directory information and source snapshots
Camberville publishes public business, civic, place, event, and neighborhood information with source links and retrieval dates. Records can include dated discovery snapshots from third-party sources. Those records may be incomplete, outdated, changed by the source, or affected by an import or transcription error.
Check important details directly with the business, organizer, city, licensing body, or other authoritative source. This includes identity, address, hours, availability, accessibility, pricing, permits, licenses, insurance, warranties, event status, and service area. Camberville does not guarantee that a listing, source, rating, route, event, or external link is current, complete, accurate, or available.
Listing order, inclusion, comparison placement, and dated rating information do not create an endorsement, certification, referral relationship, or finding that a provider is qualified for a particular job.
02
Manual quote introductions
The quote form lets you ask Camberville to review a request and consider sharing it with one to three businesses you select. No business is contacted automatically. Camberville may decline, delay, or choose not to route a request when it is incomplete, unsafe, unrelated, abusive, outside the listed service area, or otherwise unsuitable for manual introduction.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a quote, response, appointment, price, schedule, service outcome, or contract. Camberville is not the contractor, employer, insurer, licensing authority, or agent of a listed business. Any estimate, inspection, negotiation, work order, payment, cancellation, warranty, dispute, or service agreement is between you and the business.
Before hiring, confirm the business identity, current credentials where required, insurance, permits, exact scope, who will perform the work, schedule, materials, total price, cancellation terms, and warranty in writing.
03
Optional attachments
A quote request may include up to five optional JPG, PNG, WebP, or PDF files, with a 5 MB limit for each file. Upload only files you have the right to share and that are relevant to the requested work. Do not upload identity documents, account details, medical records, access codes, private legal records, malicious files, illegal material, or content that exposes another person without permission.
Files can contain metadata. Remove sensitive metadata and unnecessary personal details before upload. The advanced uploader sends each selected file to Web3Forms before you submit the rest of the quote request. You may review or remove files in the form, but removal does not guarantee immediate deletion of every temporary provider copy. When you authorize routing, Camberville may share the relevant request and attachments with the businesses you selected for the limited purpose of considering your quote request.
04
Listing submissions, claims, and reports
Listing suggestions, ownership claims, factual reports, and sponsor inquiries enter manual review. Sending a form does not publish a record, change a listing, grant editing access, prove ownership, reserve advertising inventory, or require Camberville to accept the requested action.
Provider claim status, routing consent, lead eligibility, and contact preference are operator-controlled review fields. A claimant can propose changes and provide evidence, but Camberville must review and publish any state change through the normal release process. No claim request activates automatic lead delivery.
A claimant may attach up to five optional business images or PDF files under the file limits above. The claimant must own the files or have permission to share them for review and possible publication. Uploading a file does not guarantee publication, placement, attribution, or continued display. Camberville may reject or remove media that lacks a documented rights basis, is irrelevant, unsafe, misleading, or contains unnecessary personal information.
Submit accurate information and public evidence you are authorized to share. Camberville may check a submission against other public or official sources and may reject unsupported claims. Paid placement does not override source review.
05
Google, Web3Forms, OpenStreetMap, and external links
Standard pages can load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Forms use Web3Forms. Interactive place maps request OpenStreetMap tiles only after you choose to load a map. Source links, business websites, calendars, and other outbound links take you to services Camberville does not control.
Third-party services apply their own availability, terms, privacy practices, and data handling. Review the privacy notice for the current data paths and the explicit limits on retention claims.
06
Acceptable use
Do not use the site or its forms to impersonate another person, submit false or unlawful material, harass a business or resident, distribute malware, probe or bypass security controls, overload third-party services, or collect sensitive personal information. Do not treat public source data as permission to contact, profile, or target a person unlawfully.
07
Availability, changes, and responsibility
Camberville may correct, remove, reorganize, or stop offering content or features. The site and third-party services may be interrupted or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the directory and introduction tools are provided as available, without a promise that they will meet a particular need or produce a particular result.
You remain responsible for decisions made from directory information and for your dealings with any listed business or external service. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
