The short version
Three different data paths.
01
Google analytics and tag management
Most standard pages load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Those services can receive the page URL, site referrer, browser and device details, network information such as an IP address, and identifiers stored or read by Google according to the browser and Google configuration.
Quote-form interactions can add limited event labels to the site's Google Tag Manager data layer for the started, client-validated, and received stages. Those events contain only the stage, a fixed form identifier, and the page location. The site code does not place names, email addresses, phone numbers, project descriptions, filenames, selected listings, or attachment contents in those analytics events.
The current site does not provide an in-site analytics preference control. Browser privacy settings and blocking tools may limit these requests. This privacy page and the terms page run in the site's privacy mode and do not load the site's Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics tags.
02
Manual quote requests and attachments
A quote request is sent from your browser to Web3Forms. It can include your selected businesses, job type, project area, timing, project details, name, email address, optional phone number, contact preference, consent confirmations, the submission page URL, and optional attachments.
The advanced uploader accepts up to five JPG, PNG, WebP, or PDF files, with a 5 MB limit for each file. A selected file uploads to Web3Forms before you send the rest of the quote request so that you can review or remove it in the form. Removing a selected file from the form does not establish that every temporary provider copy was immediately deleted. Files can contain hidden metadata. Remove faces, IDs, account information, medical information, access codes, precise security details, and other sensitive content before uploading.
Web3Forms processes the submission for Camberville. Camberville reviews the request manually before any selected business may be contacted. If the request is suitable and you gave routing consent, the request and relevant attachments may be shared with the businesses you selected so they can consider responding. No provider is contacted automatically, and a quote, response, appointment, price, or hiring outcome is not guaranteed.
Camberville records manually routed and provider-response stages in a private operator ledger. The ledger stores a salted hash of the Web3Forms reference, the stage, a timestamp, and a bounded response outcome. It does not store the raw reference, contact details, message body, filenames, or attachments. These operator stages are not sent to Google Analytics.
Listing submissions, listing claims, issue reports, and sponsor inquiries also use Web3Forms for manual review. Claim requests can include a proposed routing-consent choice, lead-eligibility review state, contact preference, and up to five optional business-media files under the same type and size limits described above. Owner media remains pending until Camberville reviews its relevance and rights basis. A public submission does not change the published provider state or media automatically.
03
Click-to-load OpenStreetMap tiles
Place pages can offer an interactive map based on a sourced address point. The map does not request OpenStreetMap tiles until you select Load interactive map. Loading it sends tile requests to OpenStreetMap's tile service. OpenStreetMap can receive network and browser request details, including your IP address, user agent, requested tile paths, and referrer information allowed by your browser and the site's referrer policy.
You can use the listing without loading the interactive map. Selecting an external OpenStreetMap link also takes you to a third-party service governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
04
Public source snapshots
Directory records preserve public business and civic facts with a source name, source URL, retrieval date, and verification method. A record may also preserve a dated discovery snapshot, such as a public rating and review count, so readers can see what was observed and when. These snapshots can become outdated and are not presented as live guarantees.
Public sources can include business names, public contact details, locations, and other facts about organizations or sole proprietors. Camberville keeps the source trail visible so a reader can inspect the evidence and report an incorrect public listing.
05
No invented deletion schedule
This notice does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days. A submitted form can create copies in Web3Forms delivery systems, Camberville's recipient inbox and review workflow, and, after authorized quote routing, a selected business's systems. The current provider account, inbox, backup, and recipient retention settings have not been verified as one consistent schedule.
Google, Web3Forms, OpenStreetMap, email providers, and selected businesses apply their own retention and deletion practices to data they receive. Avoid submitting information that is not needed for the request.
06
Practical choices
- Browse without loading an interactive place map.
- Use browser settings or blocking tools to limit Google analytics requests.
- Leave optional phone and attachment fields empty.
- Remove file metadata and sensitive content before submitting an attachment.
- Use the listing report form only for corrections to public listing facts, not for private or sensitive records.
